New Year

I'm going to try this again, but I'm going to take a different approach.

I'm going to post a picture a day (not take a picture a day, per se).  I'm not going to try and get all artistic, I'm simply going to take a picture of everyday life.  Because in the long run, this is what I want to remember.  I want to remember McCoy and Barone and Whit in everyday life.  I want to be able to take pictures of food and everyday things that interest me.  I don't want to try and be a professional photographer.  I just want to take pictures!

So, here is to 2011.  I want to complete this project.

Photography 365

This is a new blog. One that can feature only my photography. I'm not claiming to know what I'm doing at all. I just take pictures because it is fun. I like the way the camera feels in my hands, like I'm about to capture a moment in time that will last forever. I do not do much altering of the photos-- that is an area in which I'm still learning. I this blog is to take pictures of everyday life. I will look back on it and admire the things I found beauty in. This will also be the blog for McCoy's photography 365. I might put these as a separate blog or include them into the post.
